Karen Audette
Karen’s hand is never far from a mouse, a camera or a paintbrush. Barrett & Company’s Director of Marketing since 2007, she draws on problem solving and visual skills from her past experience in publishing, software and studio fine art. Each year, under Karen’s direction, top awards for creative excellence and marketing expertise are awarded to Barrett by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

Andy Bass
A life long resident of Central Massachusetts, Andy is the newest member of the Barrett staff. He is a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts Lowell where he studied Literature. His main focus at Barrett involves implementing and supporting new technology. In his spare time, Andy can be found with his nose stuck either in a mug of freshly brewed tea or a book. Two of his favorite authors include Cormac McCarthy and Percival Everett.

Mary Burke
Mary has been with Barrett since 1993 when she began as Administrative Assistant to what was then only 24 agents. Since that time, the office has grown to over 55 agents and 3 admins and so have her duties and responsibilities. Her spare time is spent with her husband, two daughters and now three beautiful granddaughters.

Kathie DeRoche
A former VP in the banking industry, Kathie relocated to Concord 22 years ago which led her to a career in the real estate business. With experience as a realtor and mortgage originator, she joined the Barrett marketing team in 2009. In her spare time she enjoys volunteer work and hanging out with her husband, 2 sons and 2 golden retrievers.

Linda Fabrizio
Linda joined the Barrett administrative team in 2010 to maintain the company files and forms, create informational town packets for new home owners, and provide additional admin support to the agents. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her volunteering, gardening and being creative, in general.

Diane Gilson
A solid background in art/design fuels her engine. Formerly an Art Director at a consulting firm, then a Marketing Manager at a software company, she joined Barrett & Company in 2007 as the Advertising Director following Karen Audette. Diane and Karen have worked together at all three companies, and the team has earned Barrett several marketing awards for their beauty, innovation and effectiveness.

Tricia Hathaway
Tricia has been with Barrett and Company for ten years. Bringing her experience from having previously worked 10 years for a small Concord family owned business and then a local mortgage company. She is responsible for administering all aspects of the accounting and financial business for the company.

Sue Leone
A native of Concord-Carlisle, Sue joined Barrett in 2005 after getting her real estate license and serves as Office Manager for our Lincoln, MA location. Outside of Barrett her time is dedicated to her own consulting business in Accounting, her volunteer position as Treasurer of the North Middlesex Scholarship Foundation and her two children.

Beth Lucht
Beth left the corporate grind behind in 2005 when she decided to pursue her passion for real estate. She joined Barrett in 2010 as Interactive Marketing Manager and now divides her time between working with buyers and sellers and managing our online social marketing efforts.

Barbara Rhines
Barbara writes on architectural history and interior design as well as real-estate issues with articles appearing in Old-House Journal, Old-House Interiors, Wayside Magazine, Style 1900, Arts & Crafts Homes & the Revival, and Antiques & the Arts Weekly. As blogger and content writer for Barrett, she brings humor as well as an appreciation for the region’s architectural variety. Prior to focusing on writing, Barbara earned a real-estate license and worked for over 15 years promoting affordable-housing initiatives. She is a founding board member of Friends of Modern Architecture/Lincoln (FoMA), and a past board member for the Lincoln Historical Society.

Karen Wallace
With over 25 years dedicated to real estate, Karen’s experience has encompassed many aspects of the business, from being second at the helm of a family-owned real estate company; to partnering with buyers and sellers and guiding them through the entire real estate process; to serving as the Director of Relocation at Barrett, making every move a seamless experience. Karen believes in a team approach and when out of the office you might catch her cheering on the Patriots!
