Mary-Beth possesses a deep knowledge of current design and lifestyle market trends and has her finger on the pulse of the property features that motivate current buyers. Particular areas of expertise include preparing distinctive properties for sale and creating highly effective marketing campaigns for those properties. She brings over 35 years of experience in marketing and sales to her work. In addition, she is an expert in pinpointing properties that will meet buyers’ specific needs. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Mary-Beth is a member of the second class of co-education at the College. She has furthered her education with courses in architecture, interior design and landscape design. Mary-Beth is honored to have been selected as one of the Top Ten Women in Real Estate by Women’s Business, she holds a record sale for Concord and a record sale for Cambridge.
Prior to joining Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty, Mary-Beth was a sales agent for nine years with LandVest, Inc. of Boston. She successfully served the geographic areas of Concord, Boston, Cambridge, Osterville and Oyster Harbors, Massachusetts.
Mary-Beth lives in Concord with her husband George and their two sons and has enjoyed calling Concord her home for over 30 years. Mary-Beth serves on the Board of Visitors of Fenn School and Nashoba Brooks School. She is an active volunteer, who believes in giving back to her community.
