Barrett & Company Real Estate is presenting a special workshop to help you organize your efforts to move from bigger to smaller, from cluttered to uncluttered, from complicated to simplified.

Laurie Cadigan, President of Barrett & Company, recently moved from a large home in Concord to a city condo and she will speak from personal experience about dealing with 30 years of accumulation. She will give both the professional real estate and personal perspectives of how to prepare efficiently for this type of change–whether it is years away or weeks away.

In addition, Marie LeBlanc, a professional organizer from Transitions Liquidations Services, will be on hand to answer questions about decluttering and the best way to shed possessions through donations, sales, auctions, family and friends, and disposal.

Laurie Cadigan notes:

“It is not just empty nesters who downsize. People move for all kinds of reasons: financial, lifestyle change, even spiritual commitment. But all are faced with the daunting prospect of how to get started. This seminar will get you thinking and get you acting on how to make your new, downsized life a reality.”

This free seminar will be offered at three convenient times. Pick one that works for you. As space is limited, you must register at info@barrettandco.com or by calling 978-369-6453 to reserve your seat.
