Missy DeMille is an award-winning real estate professional with a career spanning three decades and multiple states. Licensed as a broker associate in Florida, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, she works out of both the Vanderbilt office of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Florida as well as Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty in Lexington, Massachusetts where she is the principal broker of The DeMille Group. As a hybrid real estate advisor, Missy frequently flies back and forth from Florida to New England to cover all three states flawlessly.

By treating every buyer and seller with good old-fashioned customer service, Missy has built a highly successful real estate business on long-standing relationships and referrals. She makes it a priority to always be available for her customers and takes great pride in her ability to exceed all expectations while ensuring that the buying or selling process is seamless. In addition to being a results-driven top producer, Missy is also a certified career development specialist, and has trained hundreds of new and experienced real estate professionals with a curriculum she personally wrote. Mentoring new associates is a passion of hers, and she has been a guest lecturer at many events over the past 17 years, coaching other real estate advisors how to succeed in the business. 

Originally from Lexington, MA, Missy spends equal time between New Hampshire and Naples, FL. She is the adoring mother of two daughters, one of whom is a college student in New Hampshire and the other a resident of Montana. Missy enjoys traveling whenever she can, especially visiting her daughter in Big Sky where the family loves to snowboard. She’s also a published author, having written Mike the Lineman children’s book series with her partner Mike Cameron.

The seacoast of Massachusetts is where Mike resides with his three children when he’s not off exploring the world.  In addition to his adventurous hobbies, he is also a published children's author, former lineman and an avid snowboarder.
