Cheryl recently relocated back home to New England after a successful career in Greater Philadelphia where she was affiliated with one of the top real estate teams in the Delaware Valley. She studied business at Northeastern University and the University of Massachusetts, where she achieved a BA in Political Science, with a minor in Italian Studies. Before her move to the Philadelphia area, she was a businesswoman in the Merrimack Valley. Her first business was a successful retail store that she co-owned and operated for 18 years. During that time she also became involved in real estate investment, and several years later she became licensed and began selling real estate in Lexington. She later expanded to Andover and was awarded the Gratitude Award by her brokerage there, which honored her outstanding courage, strength, faith, and inspirational example. Not long after she also began working in the property management business, servicing Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She owned and operated that business for 4 years. Also during that time, she became a certified luxury home marketing specialist (CLHMS) after attending training at the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in Dallas, Texas. She is an experienced site manager in luxury new construction communities and has worked with several investors, buyers, and sellers. She is the proud mother of 4 adult children, enjoys singing, is an equestrian, and is a certified speaker and coach with John Maxwell.
