For over 25 years, Marie has been a passionate advocate for her clients, whether they’re buying, selling, or just needing advice. She has a proven track record of negotiating advantageous deals, from the purchase of a first home to the sale of multi-million dollar properties. In the past five years, Marie has sold more than 130 properties and helped her clients purchase over $57 million worth of real estate in Greater Boston. Her background in finance, marketing, sales, and teaching provides her clients with a multi-level perspective on real estate transactions that are value-added gold.

When she’s not busy working, Marie is active in many local organizations including the Newton Historical Society, the Rotary Club, Charles River Chamber of Commerce, and Newton Women’s Forum. She has taught more than 150 courses through the local community education program and knows Newton. 

Marie believes strongly that real estate is all about relationships and has had many long-term, repeat clients as a result. She’s particularly adept at helping those going through a change in life, including divorce, remarriage, the birth of a new child, moving, and other life-altering events. Given her own challenges over the years -- running a complex business while single parenting and overcoming critical relationship and financial hurdles -- she is particularly empathetic.

Marie has learned to teach others how to make sound real estate decisions while navigating intense emotions. In fact, she is planning to write a book on her experiences and lessons learned, in order to help other women.
