Lorraine Sousa brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to real estate, backed by deep community ties and a lifelong passion for helping others. A Concord resident for 16 years, she combines local knowledge with decades of experience guiding and supporting people through important life transitions.

Before entering real estate, Lorraine spent more than 30 years in education. She began her career teaching in Concord as a Special Education Paraprofessional and second-grade teacher before serving for 23 years as a school librarian in Reading, Westford, and Weston. Throughout her career, she was dedicated to creating welcoming environments where students, teachers, and families felt informed, supported, and empowered—an approach that now shapes her work with real estate clients.

As both an educator and a real estate professional, Lorraine believes that listening is the foundation of great service. She takes the time to understand what clients love about their current home, what aspects of their lifestyle matter most, and what they hope to find in their next chapter. Her calm, attentive approach helps clients feel confident and supported throughout every step of the buying or selling process.

Licensed since 2016, Lorraine brings both professional and personal real estate experience to her clients. She has managed her own summer condo rentals in Kennebunkport, Maine since 2007, owned and maintained a two-family rental property, and has personally bought and sold multiple homes. She also stays current on local housing opportunities and trends, including recent education around accessory dwelling units in Concord.

Lorraine holds degrees from Lesley University, Salem State University, and Cambridge College.

Outside of real estate, Lorraine enjoys biking Massachusetts rail trails, hiking New England’s scenic paths, gardening, and volunteering with the Concord Council on Aging. She raised her three daughters in Concord and remains deeply connected to the community she proudly calls home.
