Susan is a second-generation Realtor® and has been a real estate professional since 1979. Coming from a family of Realtors, combined with a background in marketing and management consulting, she has acquired the skills to provide her clients with top-shelf service and insights. Susan is dedicated to providing the necessary resources to effectively navigate a transaction, regardless of any challenges that may arise along the way. Susan strives to provide exceptional value through honesty, integrity, and communication.  Her knowledge and expertise, combined with a concern for her client’s needs, enable her to focus upon satisfying the requirements of both the Buyer and Seller.  

To provide the service that her clients have come to expect, Susan has earned the following designations: Relocation Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Broker (ABR), and Certified Negotiation Specialist.  Susan’s affiliations and interests include I’m Still Here, travel, charitable initiatives, elder care, and spending time with her family and friends. Susan is a native of Nashville, TN, a resident of Wayland MA since 1978, and a graduate of Simmons University where she majored in Economics and Math. Susan has called Boston home since 1971.
