We first met Mark when we inquired about a listing that was his. That house didn't work out but Mark said he could help us find a place. My family went through a tough time during Covid and our credit was less than ideal. We also have a large dog and two small children. Mark helped us find a home in Boston, but also much more. We were moving from Belgium, but due to Covid needed to make all the decisions remotely. Mark guided us through the choice of neighbourhoods and schools, organised video visits and answered many many practical questions. Finally, Mark and his wife Paula even helped set up the apartment before our arrival including loaning a bed, some chairs and other essentials - definitely going beyond!
