Dina DeMayo is a trusted real estate advisor and co-founder of the Stephanie + Dina Group at Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty, where she partners with Stephanie Blunt to help families buy, sell, and relocate throughout Concord, Carlisle, MetroWest, and Greater Boston.

Together, Stephanie and Dina have closed more than $90 million in real estate sales since 2022 and have been recognized by RealTrends as among the top 1.5% of real estate teams nationwide.

A graduate of Babson College, where she earned a B.S. in Marketing, and New England Law Boston, where she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.), Dina brings a unique combination of analytical thinking, marketing expertise, and strong negotiation skills to her work. Her professional background includes real estate appraisal, medical sales, fundraising, and law, giving her a broad perspective and the ability to guide clients with clarity and confidence.

A longtime Concord resident, Dina offers deep knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, and schools that make this area such a special place to call home. As the mother of three children who have attended Nashoba Brooks School, Concord-Carlisle High School, and Phillips Academy Andover, with college matriculations to Bates College, Columbia University, and Endicott College, she offers firsthand insight into both public and independent school options and is a trusted resource for families relocating to the area.

Dina is also a classically trained pianist and former professional accompanist. Over the years, she has taught more than 50 students throughout the local community and performed in numerous musical productions and choral concerts. While she now focuses on real estate full time, she continues to teach a select number of students because music remains one of her lifelong passions.

Known for her warmth, integrity, and genuine commitment to helping people, Dina is deeply involved in the community and enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and their beloved golden retriever, Emmy.
