As I think back on those many weeks, months, that we worked together to prepare the house for sale, I so appreciate the care you took in dealing with Chuck and me and in getting the house ready. You were superb in walking us through every step. You were clear to us from the beginning what the owner needs to do when. And when I did not clearly remember to follow through, I knew I could get back to you to ask you to let me know again what the drill was. And you were there with the keys to be there for us when we were not there. And to greet a professional, like the fireman checking out the smoke detectors. And then to be sure the house looked just right, so that when the right shoppers appeared, there it was, looking like the house that they wanted.

We could not have been happier with the process and the results, and will always see you as making sure it was that way for us. Thank you, friend and guide, for that. Hoping we can call you in not too long to come sit with us here to schmooze and reminisce.
