Diane Cadogan Hughes was recommended by a coworker as the best broker she had ever worked with - we haven't worked with a broker before but Diane was absolutely amazing!! She was extremely supportive and responsive every step of the way, answered every question we had, recommended a mortgage broker we LOVE and ended up getting a mortgage from, recommended an excellent mortgage attorney, and went above and beyond getting information for us from both the broker and the attorney when things went weird (as they always do). Despite the inordinately long closing time frame, we never felt like we were getting anything less than 110% of her effort. We absolutely love Diane and will recommend her enthusiastically to everyone we know!

Diane is awesome! We were able to sell our house with ease and able to negotiate timelines that we needed in effort to provide some flexibility to us with building a house and moving. She accommodated schedules and was ultra careful with the logistics of showing our home during the pandemic, going above and beyond to ensure our safety and the safety of the interested parties. She always looked out for us in the purchase of our new home, knowing our personalities and what mattered to us (and what should matter to us as a mom who knows what parenting will look like down the road!) My wife says several months later she still pinches herself that we get to live in our new home and the town that we love so much.

Diane was wonderful to work with! I was going through a very challenging time and quite frankly panicking a bit. She really took the time to understand my situation and come up with a plan to get it done! She was always on top of everything, providing direct, sound advice in a constructive way. (She also helped bring my panic/stress level down significantly through the process! :-) I highly recommend her!

Diane was very encouraging when I was fearful of not selling because of the pandemic, she was encouraging and accurately portrayed the situation and its potential all along the way.
She was friendly, professional, and good at assessing the situation. Especially compared to other agents I had used in the area when I put cashed the property with whom I was not successful in creating a positive relationship. Diane made me feel that she understood me. That is so important.

We met Diane about two years ago at an open house we were visiting and she was easily the most personable and attentive realtor we had interacted with. She took the time to meet with us at that time to go over our needs, wants, and timeline. Given the market at that time, we decided to wait until now to seriously look into homes and she answered our call immediately and picked up right where we left off! I'm, admittedly, very picky and detail oriented and warned her that this would be a long and arduous process, especially as we were not working with a significant budget. While on the phone catching up she found a home for us to look at and in 5 days we made had an accepted offer on our forever home. She did magnificently well dealing with quite difficult sellers and always made us feel supported through the process which was huge for us, as this is our first home. I could not recommend her enough to anyone in the market as her knowledge, connections within the industry, and personality are second to none.
