We moved to a retirement community at the end of the summer. Judy Moore was recommended by the "moving expert" at the retirement community. Judy very ably guided us through how to get ready for putting our condo on the market. Her advice was excellent.
Judy is very pleasant, professional, and she always responded quickly to our questions.
What I particularly appreciated was Judy's willingness to take care of to-do's at our condo after we moved quite a distance away. She was willing to meet various contractors and experts at our condo to show them projects that needed doing and then to check their work when they finished. I didn't know that a broker would take the time to do that, and I'm not sure every broker would.

Judy Moore maintained excellent communications throughout the somewhat complicated process of selling our condo. She responded quickly to our many enquiries and guided us seamlessly through the sale. That everything went so smoothly with the sale I attribute to her vast experience (and a litte luck). The condo was sold cash, over asking price, with no inspections the first weekend. I learned about Judy Moore from an employee at Linden Ponds who said she had heard very good things about Judy.
Judith was always available to answer my questions and calm me down when I was anxious.. I moved into Linden Ponds in Hingham before the sale of my condo. She checked my mailbox for me, she found a plumber when needed, and disposed a few small items that got left behind.
I had thought originally thought it might be best to choose an Arlington Realtor, but as soon as I met Judith I feel comfortable dealing with her and Barrett Sotheby's.
