Anne was a true professional. She did he homework and gave me an excellent view of the market for my house.
My house presented a significant hidden challenges.
Anne met each challenge head on by researching the issue and getting professional inspections and a game plan for resolution. Anne maintained outstanding communication of all issues. We had very good discussions on best path forward.

Anne and team did an excellent job! I couldn't have done it without them. I was an out of area seller and relied heavily on the team to help get the property ready for sale. I was grateful for their connections with electricians, painters, hardwood floor vendors and the stager. Without those referrals, it would have taken a lot longer to get the property on the market and would have been far more stressful for me. Anne's deep knowledge of the local market made all the difference. The process couldn't have gone more smoothly.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Anne! She really listened to what we wanted and brought so much energy to every showing.
