For some, selling a home can be a very emotional process, as it was for me. Kim & Rory put my mind at ease .. they kept their promises, did what they said they were going to do, and kept me abreast of the process. They have a kind demeanor and are very pleasant to talk to. Kim & Rory are a fantastic team. They work well together. They also are always available for their clients when questions arise. I would highly recommend Kim & Rory to anyone selling or buying a home. I also used Kim & Rory a second time: To sell my parent’s home, and it was a success. Again, they were magnificent in the process. They put my mind at ease, sold it within days, and they helped me every step of the way. The buyers of the house also held a high regard for Kim & Rory. They are simply the best realtors!!

Their recommendations for repairs were spot-on and all of their recommended services (cleaning, trash removal, window washing, painting, and moving services) were all of tremendous help in making the selling process and the moving process as frictionless as was possible.
