She did a superb job in every aspect of selling our house - from the opening proposal through the closing details. We are indebted to Terry for the guidance she provided in getting our house ready to go on the market - pushing us just the right amount to do the work that she rightly understood would have the most impact. More than just providing guidance, however, Terry took a hands-on approach to the staging process, overseeing and doing much of the detail. The end result - both the appearance of the house and then - in short order - the sale - exceeded our expectations. In brief: Terry was excellent by any and all measures.

Terry did an excellent job for us. It wasn't simple to coordinate since we were out of town sellers spread across a couple time zones. Terry guided us from start to end and was always available when needed. She was a terrific resource throughout and put in many hours in order to bring us to a successful close.
