Maryanne is a family friend who knows Littleton and it's housing market very well. She has a long history of Real Estate success and is a joy to work with. She provided stability and encouragement for what was a stressful process with "surprises" up until the day before the closing. As I told her, the choice of listing agents was a no-brainer for me. Well done. Finding the right buyer took a bit longer than expected, but that was not Maryanne's fault. The real estate market went dormant about 1-2 weeks before we listed. But the end result, a successful sale in a tough market with a full price offer, can't be argued with.

Maryann Randall worked with us through the whole process and made sure that everything went smoothly. She was very understanding that you had to live in the house while it was for sale and you were not going to refurbish the entire house. Insead of nitpiking, she concentrated on what was necessary. She was also very helpful with home inspection and the items that had to be addressed. Her recommondation for radon mitigation services was most welcomed. She also drove the title 5 certification closed, when we were in the middle of packing and getting ready for the movers.
