Why Work With Us?

I am writing to highly recommend Jackie Hawkinson as a Realtor. I have known Jackie for many years, but I had never used her professional services. When I decided to sell my house in Arlington after 16 years of residence. I chose Jackie on the strong recommendations of many friends who had worked with her.

Jackie provided wise and thoughtful (but gentle) guidance each step of the way, from procedural matters to pricing and timing. At her recommendation (and using trades people she recommended) I made a number of cosmetic changes to the house, including substantial interior painting and redecoration. Guided by her good taste and sure sense of market appeal, my house was transformed into a much more attractive property. The result was that I received a successful offer above the asking price a week after it went on the market. Jackie’s follow-through is just as careful and thorough as her preparation work and she has continued to guide me through every remaining step toward a successful closing.

I would be very happy to speak with anyone about Jackie’s exceptional skills as a Realtor.
