Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We used Sarah Kussin when we first moved to Concord to buy a house. She was more than perfect; patient, smart, understood us, low key, and she really knows Concord.
When we recently decided to move to Harvard we would use no one else other than Sarah. She is a delight to work with. We can't say enough about our experience(s) with her.

Sarah assisted me with both selling and purchasing a property. In both cases she was easy to work with -- flexible, trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Both the sale and purchase of the two properties went as well as they possibly could have, thanks to Sarah's knowledge and expertise. She is truly a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her -- she is a superb realtor in every respect!

Sarah was fantastic. Her local knowledge and understanding of the markets helped us make the best decision possible in buying our home. She consistently went above and beyond to find us listings that fit our wants/needs and went out of her way to get us in for open houses and viewings. When we finally decided to make offers, she was there to help us through the process and make sure we had a good chance of winning. 10/10 realtor!

We had some issues during our purchase, causing us to withdraw and offer on another property. Sarah was understanding and sympathetic, she stayed in almost constant contact with us throughout a very stressful week.

Can't go wrong with Sarah! She is far and away the most trust worthy broker you could work with. She covers all the bases and then some. Thank you, Sarah!!!
