This was the first (and probably last) house we have sold--Dolores Granato's expertise
and good sense were absolutely necessary and never failed us. The process was complicated by the fact that we were out of town for most of it. Dolores worked extra hard to keep us constantly informed of what was happening and to take care of many details that we were unable to do because of our absence. In short, Dolores was terrific and we are very happy with the sale.
