The home I was selling was a challenge due to its age and condition. It was a house that was best suited to the type of marketing that Heidi suggested. I was not aware of the option that she recommended and her guidance was crucial. This was my first home to sell and I was doing so on behalf of a family member. The stress was great but Heidi informed and supported me through the entire process. I feel blessed that she was the agent referred to me. THE B-E-S-T Sellers Agent EVER!!! We absolutely could NOT have navigated through designing, repairing, updating, listing, showing, OPEN HOUSE(ing), negotiating, SELLING, and then working through ALL of the recommendations for legal council, contracting, P&S(ing), final agreement...and then tieing up ALL of the loose ends in the final stretch, were it not for HEIDI! Through ALL of her expert coaching and guidance, Heidi remained calm and confident, and she communicated regularly and effectively, all of which translated to VERY happy sellers! She knew the RIGHT time to list and her perdeptions and knowledge of the market brought a final purchase price that FAR exceeded our wildest imagination! Heidi was on top of everything from the very beginning to end. Very professional , knew every possible situation and how to solve it! She took care of so many details at Town Hall that I didn't even have to think about. Heidi was the best!! From the time we signed the engagement letter through the passing her attention to detail, communicative and negotiating skills far exceeded our expectations. After the P&S was signed Heidi helped us considerably in areas other than direct real estate issues (moving companies, furniture sales and donation sites, etc.) Heidi is a true professional.
