We decided to relocate to the Concord/Carlisle area earlier this year but we didn't know much about the area and housing options. We needed an agent who would understand that we needed more from them than just showing us houses in our price range. We needed help making a big life decision. Fortunately we found Katie. Over the space of several months she patiently and thoroughly helped us find the right community and the right home. She became like part of our family - understanding our likes and dislikes, advising us on how to approach issues, handling every detail and never getting frustrated by our indecisions.
