KC was absolutely wonderful from the beginning. I had to sell my father’s house after he recently passed away. The house was in need of some work. KC helped me from day 1 deciding what should be done and what did not need to be done for the sale. It was a long drawn out process but KC was there every step of the way. Once I was done she expertly staged the house it looked amazing. We ended up getting $80,000 over asking price and KC was a huge part of that success. Working with Ama to purchase my condo was a delight! Terry was amazing, keeping things moving along up to the sale of our house; from tips on preparing the house, to helping us find contractors, to simply being there when we had questions. I was impressed with Judy's knowledge and experience at our first meeting and became moreso with each step of the process. She supported and encouraged me through a very stressful time. Katie was great to work with, she understood what we were looking to find, she didn't pressure us into any decisions and tried to assist us with anything that she could. She came through in a major way when our lender was moving too slowly and found us another lender that gave us a better rate than we would have gotten from our original lender.
