Karen was exceptional in the sale of my mother's home of 60 years. She was very knowledgeable about the local regulations and also had the contractor contacts needed to ensure the house met them. She did an amazing job preparing the property for the market, and the number of offers received clearly demonstrated she knew her stuff. She was in regular contact throughout the process and I never felt like I was pursuing her for information. I always had what I needed when I needed it in order to keep things moving forward. Anne is a true pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail makes the whole real estate transaction procecss that much easier. Her knowledge of the local Winchester, MA market reflects her years of experience. Anne assisted us in both the purchase of a new home and the sale of our current home. She helped engineer the whole process so that everything went without a hitch. She advised us very well when setting the price for our house sale as well as what level to go in at for the purchase of our new house. Anne was a true professional. She did he homework and gave me an excellent view of the market for my house. My house presented a significant hidden challenges. Anne met each challenge head on by researching the issue and getting professional inspections and a game plan for resolution. Anne maintained outstanding communication of all issues. We had very good discussions on best path forward. I would highly recommend Anne.

Anne and team did an excellent job! I couldn't have done it without them. I was an out of area seller and relied heavily on the team to help get the property ready for sale. I was grateful for their connections with electricians, painters, hardwood floor vendors and the stager. Without those referrals, it would have taken a lot longer to get the property on the market and would have been far more stressful for me. Anne's deep knowledge of the local market made all the difference. The process couldn't have gone more smoothly.

I have not only used Marie for myself in my search for a home but have included her in my personal referral network where she has performed the same services for a few of my friends. My wife and I would not have purchased our home--which we love--with the services of Marie and Fran Presti. This was our first home purchase and we really had no knowledge of the home-buying process. Marie and Fran were patient, knowledgeable, helpful, organized, and friendly throughout the entire process. They alerted us about and accompanied us to new showings and open houses, and they were always available by phone. The home-buying process was long and stressful, and Marie and Fran were there to help up every step of the way. In the end, we found a great house in a perfect neighborhood. Marie has helped us buy two homes and sell one. She was on-point, had a vision, and helped us get to exactly where we needed to be when we needed to be there.
