Elaine was great, both working with us to buy our new home, and in selling our old home. There were many complications and delays along the way with prepping the old house for sale. Elaine was patient, but also had helpful suggestions when I was running into roadblocks.
She was excellent at keeping us informed when buying the new place, and did a great job making sure communication between everyone - us, with the buyer's broker, the two attorney's offices - was clear and complete with selling the old - . She made sure we knew what to do when - timing for getting our smoke detector certificate, etc.
We had an offer within 24 hours of our house being listed, which told me that we listed it at the right price. I believed that anyway, because she did a lot of research - A LOT! Our house was unusual, so finding comps wasn't easy. And she was obviously right on target, since buyer's financing went through without a hitch.
I would work with her again, and recommend her. without question.

Karen was exceptional in the sale of my mother's home of 60 years. She was very knowledgeable about the local regulations and also had the contractor contacts needed to ensure the house met them. She did an amazing job preparing the property for the market, and the number of offers received clearly demonstrated she knew her stuff.
She was in regular contact throughout the process and I never felt like I was pursuing her for information. I always had what I needed when I needed it in order to keep things moving forward.
