Anne Spry is one of the leading agents in our town. She is extremely knowlegeable and experienced in house sales, particularly in our neighborhood. She knew exactly what we were looking for and kept us up to date on a daily basis on properties that came available. When we found the listing for the townhouse we purchased, Anne immediately got us the first showing, so that we could put in a bid that was accepted by the end of the day--and before an open house that would have been scheduled for the next day. Cannot say enough good things about working with Sarah. As first time home buyers, we didn't know much about the process going in. Frances Denby is a savvy, strategic, and experienced real estate agent who knows the market extremely well.
