It was a joy to work with Erica & Rita. They were the "dream team" in this extremely stressful chapter of our lives. They put us at ease and work seamlessly together to sell our property in (approx) 6 weeks to a developer without the hassle of going to MLS. They "got the job done", providing 5 star treatment and extra support whenever needed. We live out of state so Erica & Rita helped out by going to our property to prepare us for the smoke detector inspection. Another time, Rita took our oil gauge measurement - again providing peace of mind and saving us hours in the car. They did not miss a beat. Lilia came into my life when I had a lot of change going on. I needed to sell my house. She took my needs personally and made sure I knew she was with me every step of the way . She did a lot of research that would help me understand what I needed to do to prepare my home for sale She was realistic on how those actions would place my home in terms of pricing in the market. Lilia remained patient but firm in her support to get me where I needed to go to be ready to put my house on the market When it came time to sell she got it done quickly and competently. We cannot recommend Ama enough! We met her at an open house for the home we ended-up buying, and we automatically clicked! She’s what you want in a real estate professional. She's personable, passionate, and professional. Being our first home sale, she made sure we were prepped for every stage of the home selling journey. She struck a great balance of listening to our concerns and desires while also offering her own strategic insight. She was very communicative, responding to our phone calls and messages quickly. We don’t plan to sell our new home anytime soon, but would no doubt call her if the day ever came!

We were blessed that Ama was at the open house for the home we ended up purchasing. The moment we met her, we knew we wanted her to represent us as buyers, and eventually as sellers.
