If there was a better word than Awesome, we would say it a million times. As a first time home buyers, understanding all the technical stuff/ concept was very hard. But she made sure that we understood everything in the simplest of ways. She was always available to take our phone calls and really catered to our needs/ time. She is a great person to work with because she will put in 10000% of the effort and will get the answers she needs to make sure everything goes smoothly. We are so satisfied to have her on our side and cant wait to tell more people about her! She really made what was a dream into a reality and I know she’ll stay awesome to everyone she will work with. As a non-traditional buyer with a lot of barriers, I was fortunate to work with Jennifer. She was patient and helped me navigate buying the right property during a protracted search that went on many months. She always gave good guidance and would challenge me in a helpful way when needed to have me think over the right choices. She gave careful tips when sellers were not being reasonable to help protect my interests. She even connected me with a good flexible mortgage company when other companies were making it challenging to successfully finalize all my financing. Through multiple lost bids due to my type of financing and when I pulled out of my first successful purchase and sale due to a scary inspection, Jennifer was patient, gave me pep talks, and helped me realign myself to make sure that I did not give up and stayed on the hunt. In the end, Jennifer helped me land the right property and did everything possible to make sure the deal closed.

We decided to relocate to the Concord/Carlisle area earlier this year but we didn't know much about the area and housing options.
