Karen was exceptional in the sale of my mother's home of 60 years. She was very knowledgeable about the local regulations and also had the contractor contacts needed to ensure the house met them. She did an amazing job preparing the property for the market, and the number of offers received clearly demonstrated she knew her stuff.
She was in regular contact throughout the process and I never felt like I was pursuing her for information. I always had what I needed when I needed it in order to keep things moving forward. Anne was a true professional. She did he homework and gave me an excellent view of the market for my house.
My house presented a significant hidden challenges.
Anne met each challenge head on by researching the issue and getting professional inspections and a game plan for resolution. Anne maintained outstanding communication of all issues. We had very good discussions on best path forward.

Anne and team did an excellent job! I couldn't have done it without them. I was an out of area seller and relied heavily on the team to help get the property ready for sale. I was grateful for their connections with electricians, painters, hardwood floor vendors and the stager. Without those referrals, it would have taken a lot longer to get the property on the market and would have been far more stressful for me. Anne's deep knowledge of the local market made all the difference. The process couldn't have gone more smoothly.
