At the time, my husband and I were located in different parts of the world, neither of which were close to the Boston-metro area, a factor that not only created stress for us, but also a significant layer complexity for Anne and her team. Anne helped us zero in on specific communities that met the criteria our future home as well as items outside of the structure itself, e.g. "vibe" and openness to new families, proximity to family, work, culture, schools, food and much more. Anne Spry & Team made us a HUGE priority, even taking us on house tours by FaceTime (of all things!) to help us save on time and travel expenses- a gesture that ultimately solidified our trust in our relationship, and literally led to us finding our dream home. She is a phenomenal listener, absorbing the ultra specific home requirements we communicated, translating them into workable guidelines, and likely most importantly, a narrative of the nature of the community we sought on day 1 and in the future as our family matures, all without sacrificing a thing on our end. She guided us, without skipping a beat, through a fast-moving and unconventional sale; simply put, without Anne specifically, the deal could have most certainly fallen through (with many others waiting on the sidelines, happy to swoop in any take our dream home), For this attention-to-detail and guidance we couldn't be more grateful. We know she was incentivized to do so, but ultimately we also know it's because she also knew this home was ours and shouldn't belong to anyone else. It just fit us perfectly.

The Carters went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth homebuying process. They were extremely knowledgable about the market and surrounding areas.
