Daria is very honest and well organized. She is a good listener and she had a successful plan for selling the house. She participated in all aspects of this process. She is kind and has a sense of humor. I felt safe with her at the helm!

I had interviewed 3 different brokers. 2 came to my house, the third was too busy and could not come for 1 1/2 weeks. As a result, the 3rd broker was a phone interview only.
Commissions were the same and both agencies are well known and market the houses they represent.
The decision for me was based on Barbara only. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of Carlisle and made me feel confident my goals would be accomplished if we teamed up together.
What more can I say..except on a scale of 1 -10 (10 being the highest) Barbra is a 20!
I have worked, and am working, in business for almost 40 years and I have never seen anyone of Barbra's caliber.
Barbra was thorough/knowledgeable in every aspect of the process.
She was very professional and thoughtful and I knew, me buying the correct home, was Barbra's priority!
I appreciate she has other clients, but she always took the time to make me her priority
I had been in my current house for 33 years and it was not an easy move do to emotions and the amount of effort required to get the current house in order...while I was working 40 plus hours .
Barbara set the priorities, gave me the task to complete and was my cheerleader through it all! Even while assisting me in finding a house.
I know I combined being a buy and seller, but you could not separate that aspect from the success do to Barbra.

Barbra was our broker when we bought our Sudbury home. She was incredibly detailed, professional and dedicated to finding the "right" propery for our family. When it came time to sell our home, there was no other choice for us.

Raminder is a great agent and helped us right from understanding our priorities, things to look for all the way through closing our new construction home. He did a phenomenal job in keeping us on track and kept reminding us things that were important to us. He spent a lot of time in helping us narrow down the locations and also helped in providing us direction in every step of the new construction process.

My wife and I are very pleased with the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service we've gotten from Rosina Harlem. She sold our house in Boxborough, MA at the asking price within days of it going on the market. One of the reasons it sold so fast was the advice she gave us about staging it. Because we knew and trusted Rosina we then used her to sell some land in Boxborough. She found us a buyer fairly quickly, a builder who had a lot of irons in the fire. He delayed the closing again and again until Rosina stepped in, put the right kind of pressure on him, and closed the deal. It didn't matter that we were living in Texas by the time the land sale closed - Rosina and our attorney handled all the details and transferred the funds electronically. It's been a pleasure knowing her and doing business with Rosina Harlem.
