Todd is always very professional when dealing with clients. He helped my wife and I find our condo, so it was a no brainer that we contact him when trying to sell that same property. He was attentive when listening to our needs and informative when providing information on similar properties in the area, cosmetic/ maintenance needs for selling (ie paint, lawn care, cleaning, etc), and appealing listing range for potential buyers.
We will definitely be utilizing Todd's services in the future and recommending him to friends.

Joan is amazing and worked very hard to meet the needs for the sale of our house.
