I was downsizing and moving to a newly built condo. I moved to the condo before I sold my home even though my move was delayed by 9 months. Frances Denby was very supportive and encouraging during the process of making my home ready for sale.
She made excellent suggestions for what to upgrade and what to leave alone. Frances recommended local firms and contractors to me when I asked. I appreciated that she had a virtual staging for marketing. When my home went on the market there was a lot of interest and it sold quickly for well over the asking price.

Frances Denby is incredibly professional, and that’s what drew us to her right from the start. At our very first meeting, she pulled out a notepad and filled it with detailed notes about what we were looking for and why. It was clear she wasn’t just listening — she genuinely cared about our family and about finding the right home for us. We faced the near-impossible challenge of buying and selling a home at the same time, and she made it happen!
