Emily Medwar was responsive and provided guidance to us through each step. She communicated well both verbally and in writing. When Emily didn't have an answer to a question, she would track it down and quickly get back to us. She negotiated well with the offerors and the selected purchaser. I would strongly recommend her to any friend selling a house in town.

Selling a house is far more challenging than buying one! Jackie Hawkinson is amazing and made the seemingly impossible happen in 2 months. She thoroughly explained the comps on recently sold houses and knew the demands of potential buyers. We had an older home that needed a great deal of work in order to receive our desired price and we had to get it ready fast.
Jackie had contacts for every detail and her follow through is 100%. From contractors to inspectors, repairmen, estate sale guidance and interior staging, she was in charge. Always professional and unusually calm. She obtained an excellent offer on our property in 5 days. Totally outstanding. We are so appreciative and highly recommend Jackie.

The home I was selling was a challenge due to its age and condition. It was a house that was best suited to the type of marketing that Heidi suggested. I was not aware of the option that she recommended and her guidance was crucial. This was my first home to sell and I was doing so on behalf of a family member. The stress was great but Heidi informed and supported me through the entire process. I feel blessed that she was the agent referred to me.
