Gretchen Archambault at Barrett Sotheby's is an amazing asset to anyone who is lucky enough to have her represent them. I have used Gretchen for two transactions (one to buy and one to sell). She is dedicated, very professional and extremely knowledgable. She was spot on with the valuation of my home. And as a result, I had an accepted offer (above asking price) wtihin 5-hours with no contigencies! I really appreicate her calm yet positive demeanor when negotating and handling unexpected "issues" (which are sure to come up with any transaction). She gently kept the process moving forward, was excellent with her communication with me as to what was going on in real time, she recommended additional resources as I needed them (such as donation centers, inspectors, painters, etc.), and she even offered to help me move! Honestly, anyone who works with Gretchen quickly understands that she understands the market, has a gift for home valuation and adeptly navigates the people and personalities involved in the transactions that she is involved in. Gretchen is defintely is the best in the area, and I would 100% use her again and recommend her without reservation to anyone who is seriously considering buying and/or selling property who is also a reliable trusted advisor.

answering questions that I asked. She was my voice with the selling agents when we went trough negotiations, because there was a couple of time, our offer on a house
