My girlfriend, Kathy and I were moving from Illinois to Massachusetts. with the current activity levels in both regions, it was important for us to be in frequent communication, have a strong level of trust and be creative in viewing properties from over 1,000 miles away. Kim, Rory, Nancy and their team went out of their way to set up video calls and follow up calls with us until we were able to find the right property and be able to have confidence in our offer even though we hadn't yet set foot in it. It all worked out fabulously and we're not settling in to a wonderful home in a wonderful neighborhood in a wonderful town! Anne suggested to view the properties before the open house which was helpful. I almost didn't consider the poperty I bought until Anne suggested dividing the bedrooms to make it work for us. She was very efficient and clear with the offer process(es) and follow-up. Thanks!
