Anne suggested to view the properties before the open house which was helpful. I almost didn't consider the poperty I bought until Anne suggested dividing the bedrooms to make it work for us. She was very efficient and clear with the offer process(es) and follow-up. Thanks!

Despite the fact of hot sellers market the home we decide to sell was built few years back and it was substantially overpriced to compare with surrounding neighborhood which was a quite a challenge, not to mentioned that it has somewhat not so typical floor plan as well as construction material and finishing.
