It is well known, selling a home can be quite a stressful undertaking. The moment Anne Spry stepped in my home she was enthusiastic and reassuring as well understanding the emotions and stress involved.Every homeowner is different and she respected my unique concerns and wishes, gently encouraging me to move forward at different stages even though it was a challenging situation or decision for me at that time Her enthusiasm, her knowledge of market and knowing we should move quicker to get the house sold and her confidence about doing so helped moved me along. She guided me through the appropriate review of lead paint, and recommended evaluation since it had been documented it was unknown in past .She did not want it to tie up sale and although I ended up having to pay for inspection , I appreciated that she did her due diligence to make things go smoothly for me in the long run. Anne kept me updated along the way and with her colleague Drew as a team they were easy to reach, whether by phone, email and text they were able to answer questions and help respectfully guide me. Anne remained relaxed , enthusiastic and supportive through every moment and even after the closing . I would recommend Anne Spry to anyone ready to make the big decision for a home sale .

My husband and I have known Anne for over 30 years. She is a knowledgeable and energetic realtor. Selling our family home was a necessary life-changing experience. Anne was there for us at every turn. She always answered our phone calls in a timely manner. Anne was very sympathetic to our needs. Anne lovingly showed our home to prospective buyers. Anne was thorough in her research of property details and was able to answer any questions the prospective buyers had about the property. Anne is the most wonderful agent. Selling your home is not only a financial decision but an emotional one too. Anne answers all questions with patience and grace. Drew was an asset to the team. Anne was fantastic and we would recommend her to friends looking in the area. Her expertise while looking at houses was perfect (she knew all about what specifically to look out for in terms of wear and tear, energy efficiency and small details) and her local knowledge gave us peace of mind when moving to a brand new town.

Anne was incredibly helpful, encouraging, and flexible throughout our home search, despite the fact that it took longer, and spanned more miles, than we anticipated! She was the perfect broker for a first-time home buyer, and her expertise provided us with the patience and knowledge of the market required to find our perfect home, particularly in the current environment. Anne Spry was very prompt with her communications back to me even when she was boarding a flight for her son's wedding. She puts her customers first,and I felt as if we were in good hands even when dealing with unexpected obstacles of which she handled well.
