When our septic system failed the Title 5 Inspection, Lorna calmed us down and guided us through the process of understanding what we were facing in the coming weeks. Lorna suggested a design engineer for the redesign of the new system. She checked in with him on a regular basis, with our permission, and provided feedback to us. We knew of an installer for the system once the design was approved. Lorna met the installer and she kept in contact with him as well. While she may not have had to interact with these people, she did so willingly and they were very happy to have her in the loop.
We hired a number of people to help ready the house and Lorna was fantastic in recommending outstanding people for various services.
Lorna was a presence for the entire time and never let us down. She came to see us, called to make sure we knew we could call on her for anything and listened to our concerns about our move, personally. Lorna is a caring person and wanted to make our move as comfortable and as seamless as possible. She added a personal touch and made a potentially stressful event anything but. Even after the closing, Lorna called us and helped us with some tasks that needed to be managed and that we needed help with completing. That was such a relief. She has remained in touch with us as we settle into our new home.

Hi Maryanne,
You were very helpful in finding a house for rent when I relocated from Singapore to Here and yet again with the purchase of this house. What I admire the most is, you making your available at all times, letting your colleagues take care of me the same way when you weren't available due to health reason and importantly, made it easier to find a new tenant that really helped me to move to new house within 2 days of closing.

Maryanne Randall has the patience, perseverance and empathy we needed to manage this sale. Given the COVID 19 pandemic and some other challenging issues, I could not imagine anyone else managing this sale.
