Cyndie was unbelievable during our search for our forever home. She was comforting in the fact that we knew we were in good hands, that she would do everything she could to get us into the home that was meant for us. Always hands on, transparent, and available. We couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else. Through the ups and downs, Cyndie kept us smiling and positive the whole time. Now, we are in a home that makes everyday feel like a vacation. We are so grateful of everything she did for us. I am completely satisfied with the work that Mark did for us. He showed the apartment while there were tenants in there and he handled them very well. He had good judgment. He knew the market and he had good negotiating skills.

I can't recommend my realtor highly enough! She represented me in both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new one, and neither transaction was easy. She navigated countless challenges with professionalism, patience, and determination while always advocating for my best interests. What meant the most was how much she supported ME throughout the process. There were several moments when my anxiety got the best of me, and she always took the time to talk me off the ledge, answer my questions, and reassure me everything would work out. I never felt like just another client. Because of her dedication, I'm now in a home I love. Katie was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of finding and purchasing our new home! We couldn't be more pleased that we hired Linda VanEmburgh to help us sell our condominium in Acton.
