Terry was instrumental in helping me through the house sale process, from recommending repairs and upgrades to helping find contractors to do the work. Beth Paulauskas did a fabulous job selling my Westford home and I would not hesitate to hire her again. Beth worked tirelessly to ensure a quick sale at the highest price. She kept me updated on all aspects of the sales process and immediately responded to my (many!) suggestions, questions, and concerns – even at night and on weekends. Beth impressed me by consulting with her team lead when she felt another professional opinion was warranted. And her administrative team was top notch once the offer was accepted. The admins kept on top of paper work and guided me through my responsibilities from P&S to closing. Beth also communicated regularly with my real estate attorney to ensure a smooth sale. I can’t imagine having a better experience with a real estate agent.

It was important to us that the listing brokers be part of the demographic that we hoped would be seriously considering our home. That was a major factor in choosing Kim and Rory.
The plan they put in place generated interest before we were officially on the market. Kim suggested that we not entertain offers until both open houses were completed and it turned out to be the perfect call. A real competition for our home developed, which was something we never expected to happen. The final winning offer was so far above what we were hoping for that both my wife and I thought that we were sent an offer on another home. It was the best way to start a vacation.

Kim and Rory offered very good advice regarding home improvements prior to listing. They did not pressure us to go overboard with upgrades; however, they did suggest worthwhile enhancements that were completed at reasonable prices. Moreover, they delivered on their promise to work with the vendors in our absence. We had already moved out of state and could not possibly have prepared for our sale without this support.
