We converted our two family into condo units 49-51 Neillian St. Daria was very knowledgeable with the condo conversion process. She recommended a law firm which handled the process and sale of 49. We plan to sell #51. this early summer. Daria has kept us updated current sales in the area. I plan to contact her this month to start the preparation for the sale.

I have known Joanie Meyer for over 40 years. She sold me the first piece of property I ever bought, as well as my first home. Joan Meyer was all we expected of a realtor after being recommended by neighbors, for the sale of our house, which was our residence for 35 years. She was a delight. Experienced, professional and friendly. Always there when we needed her. Her advice and guidance through the selling process was spot on!
What more can I say! Joan was always accessible and available to us as our realtor. A real and important asset. In addition she facilitated many little and not so little jobs associated with the putting up and selling of the house, taking the burdens off of us as much as possible.
To sum it up, working with Joan was a breeze, and took as much of the anxiety out of the sales process as one could possibly expect or hope for.
