Anne Spry guidance in selling my home that I lived in for 30 years was critical. She provided emotional support in the downsizing endeavor and advice on how to prepare my home for listing. Rather than feel like my home was staged I made improvements such as sanding floors and painting. As a result my home felt clean and fresh that I was able to enjoy prior to the listing. Anne was very knowledgable of the local market and I trusted her when she said "I have a feel for the local market". She was right as the Listing price for the Condo was live on Wednesday, Open houses were on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and an Offer was made and accepted on Sunday evening. Her friendly and personable manner made my process easier, but when a crucial decision or deadline was needed Anne was quick to respond to keep the sale process on time. I appreciated her referral to a Real Estate Attorney who was able to problem solve when issues arose. Drew, Anne's Assistant was vital to the sale. He provided timely prompts and even pitched in with moving plants off the deck as a shoulder injury prevented me from lifting. I would highly recommend Anne Spry and team to sell or buy a home as you will receive professional and personable guidance.

I really don’t think there is anything that Anne couldn’t cope with. Working with her, we have rented a home, bought a home, and then twelve years later sold that home, all with strong communication and low stress. Highly recommend.

Anne Spry was fantastic in approach as to the timing of putting the house on, comparative analysis and throughout the entire process. Her preparation explaining the offers we received and utilizing the spreadsheet to compare offers was so helpful in helping us to come to a decision. We relied on her expertise in the industry to guide us. We also highly value her integrity as a broker and person - Something that is probably often overlooked in an industry driven by sales volume.

I can't recommend Anne Spry enough! She LOVES what she does and it shows. It's not a job but a passion. She was attentive and responsive. When we visited potential homes, she was detail- oriented and asked important questions of the selling agent. She provided detailed comps and added value to negotiations. Highly recommend her.
