Cil was very responsive to my ideas about the property I was looking for. She was also very proactive in facilitating a pre-market look into the property I actually bought. The whole process was very smooth, and I credit Cil for such efficiency. Also, Cil is very pleassnt to interact with.

Cil was a joy to work with throughout the process of the sale of our home. Her recommendations as we prepared to list the house were spot on, and she worked with us and gave us options based on our feedback on our budget and tolerance for level of complexity. The pricing was appropriate and we had incredible interest in the house and received multiple over asking offers and the home sold quickly. Cil was helpful throughout the sale process and highly professional and communicative. She kept everything on track for a smooth close, despite having to deal with a difficult buyers agent who needed much reminding to respond. I would not hesitate to work with Cil again in the future and highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the areas she supports.

Mary Brannelly is the utmost professional real estate agent, and it is clear she loves her job. I dreaded having to go through the selling process and had expectations of encountering issues throughout. Once I sat with Mary she calmed my nerves and made this go from an 'ordeal' of selling to an actual pleasant experience. I found myself in an unusual situation with a property that I learned about suddenly, before it was MLS listed, offered by the owner who himself is a licensed real estate broker. So I called Mary right away and arranged for her to be my buyer's broker. She carefully guided me through the process, as I had not bought property before. Her personable style and ability to adapt to my situation made the process easy.
