Anne Spry was an excellent partner to our family as we navigated a move across country and into Massachusetts. She knows the greater Boston area well and was able to objectively advise on the local areas. Anne listened to us our needs and provided facts without location bias. Once we found our home, she worked quickly to get us the best price (through multiple rounds of negotiations and home inspection). Even after closed, she is still available to support us. Great buying experience!

At my first visit with Anne Spry, I could tell she knew her craft. From convincing me and my sister to stage the house ( I admit I was skeptical) to properly pricing the property, Anne has a total grasp of the marketplace. Whenever we had questions Anne had the answers. The sale of the house for considerably more than the asking price could not of gone any smoother! In the future my next property will be sold by Anne and her staff!!!

I’m not sure where to begin. My family had a tricky situation and Anne was able to navigate it with knowledge poise and grace. She was compassionate and caring throughout the process. Without her recommendations we never would have been able to sell our parents’ home.

Anne was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure we found the right house for us. As first-time home buyers, she made sure we knew exactly what was going on and was there to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend Anne!

Anne is very professional and clearly knows how to handle high end properties. I have used her to sell one house, buy another and then sell that one. As my second house was a 2- family, she was able to provide me with quality tenants throughout my ownership.
