Anne is very experienced in sales in this area, and things that seem very complex are quite straightforward to her. She was also great at getting references for tradespeople to clear out furniture, etc - this was invaluable. We really enjoyed working with her.

The purchase was reasonably straightforward, but Anne was very helpful in negotiating a number of things with the seller. She has a very deep knowledge of real estate in general and sales in this area in particular,which were very invaluable. I would strongly recommend her.

Anne was incredibly helpful, encouraging, and flexible throughout our home search, despite the fact that it took longer, and spanned more miles, than we anticipated! There’s no one else I would trust to help me buy a house, especially as a first-time buyer. Anne was patient in answering all of my questions and was timely in organizing showings as well. I’m so grateful for her help and expertise, and above all, we only put in an offer on one of the many properties we viewed and we got it! That’s the work of an expert. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent when buying a home and I would certainly go to her again in the future.
