I was lucky enough to have Donna Bozza answer the phone when I called. I knew nothing of her, nor she of me, but she quickly grasped my situation and needs. The really nice thing is that we quickly became friends. She was outstanding in her marketing plan, which agreed exactly with my lawyer's suggestions. She also was very organized, kept me informed and always asked my permission before making a decision. I followed her suggestions for staging and needed repairs, and when the house went on the market it sold within 10 days at a very fair price and no contingencies, despite the sever limitations made necessary by the pandemic. She also went out of her way to help me. An example: One evening when I was not feeling well she stayed alone at the house to continue downsizing preparations that were not her responsibility. In short, Donna is a top notch real estate agent, and I recommend her unconditionally.
There were no problems at all with the sale. It was actually a pleasant process, something I hadn't expected.
My direct experience on dealing with Southebys was only with Donna Bozza, and she was superb. The backup from your organization was quite helpful in terms of advertising, both through publications, digitally, and through contacts.

Donna is at the next level when it comes to tactically approaching a property to make an offer in confidence. She does all the pre-workout so you can feel confident when viewing a property. While the 2020 real-estate landscape was difficult, working with Donna was the best part of the entire process hands down, bringing order to quick and demanding offer turnarounds. Donna is very knowledgeable and patient when dealing with me. She never give me any pressure and always do her homework! Even after closing, she still help me with random questions. Donna was top notch throughout the entire home search and home buying process. The property we purchased had several complexities and Donna held our hand through the entire process.
