Donna Bozza's hardwork in understanding our requirements, and then attention to detail while going through the options helped us in picking the area and the best options within the area very promptly. It also helped with quick closing of our house. Donna knows the local area and all the service providers very well. She helped me get the best mortgage options and local contacts for other services. Donna is the best ever real estate agent I have worked with. She worked like a family member to understand the needs of all 4 of us (including kids), and helped us move through the process with an amazing speed. I didn't fully understand why it was important to have a knowledgeable realtor when we started looking for our first house. After working with Donna the last 6-8 months, she has set the bar impossibly high for anyone else. Donna not only walked us through and taught us everything we needed to know, but also paired it with what seemed like on demand service. Whenever we had a question, she made herself available to talk us through whatever we needed. She always provided her insight to each property we viewed together and always let us made the decision, never pressuring us in any direction. She made a daunting process extremely easy, and we can't thank her enough for it!

Donna was excellent in taking differing requirements from myself and my husband, and finding listings that appealed to both of us. Her knowledge of real estate, new construction, and the market really helped us find the perfect home and submit only one offer which was accepted. She was thorough in her explanation of the process and her recommendations ensured we were prepared with financial approvals for a smooth process. Donna did an excellent job guiding us through the preparation of the property for sale. She was instrumental in having contacts for contractors to get a set of quotes, and discuss pro/con to use a particular service. She is very professional, which we appreciated a lot. Donna did a great job to recommend listing price window by showing us relevant current comps for us to pick a good starting price for the listing. The final timing for the listing, open houses, and offer acceptance produced a great outcome for us.

Rita made herself available to me at pretty much any hour of the day. She even stayed in touch with me about a house while she was on vacation! I was searching for a house for 6 months and when I doubted whether I would find the right house for me Rita was confident and understanding with me and gave me the encouragement I needed to keep up my search.
