We called your office and had an initial conversation with Rita Bissonnette Clark. We liked her non-aggressive but highly competent and assuring style and decided to meet with her to engage her as our broker. We were not disappointed. Throughout the process she was always the voice of reason, giving us valuable insights. We especially found her to be knowledgeable and trustworthy, ensuring that the process was fair to all parties involved. We truly felt we had a partner that was working in our best interests.
There was not a single encounter with Rita, or any type of deliverable throughout the process, that was not performed in a highly professional and competent manner. Just a perfect experience!

As far as I'm concerned, they're the best. I've recommended them to friends, and

I feel fortunate indeed to have worked with such professional and caring people.
Rita and I worked together for 10 years before Erica joined the team. I always felt
that Rita listened carefully to my wants and needs. I am a very fussy person, and my needs
were very specific.
Erica brought a wonderful sense of humor to the team. Whenever the three of us
went house hunting, I enjoyed myself to the hilt.
It's so good to know that Rita and Erica have taken such good care of me. I'm a recent
widow, and I've needed support during the home buying process. They were always
there for me.

They went out of their way to help us find a new home and then they led us through the process of emptying out our house and preparing it for sale. They were able to get us people to help with clearing and they gave us names for repairs and updates. They were always available and had the knowledge of what we needed to do to sell. They were patient and cheerful throughout the whole process. We thought they were outstanding!

Erica and Rita were great every step of the way, from their first visit to recommend and prioritize renovations, through the listing, negotiating, sale, and closing. Their responsiveness and communication were incredible, as well as their dedication to a very long weekend with dozens of showings. We couldn't have been happier, with eight offers after the first weekend, and a sales agreement in place within four days of the listing, at well over our asking price!

My husband and I had many questions along the journey of finding a new home. Our questions were always welcomed and the advice from Erica and Rita was clear and extremely helpful.
Rita and Erica were always responsive to our inquiries, no matter what time of day, from 6:30am to 10 pm. Especially when negotiating offers, the time spent with us talking through our options was critical and appreciated. Their sense of calm during the nerve-wracking waiting periods was also a support we will never forget!

We highly recommend Rita Bissonnette Clark, Erica Wright, and Michelle Puntillo. They did an exceptional job and we were very glad that we went with them. Everyone on the team has unique skills that they bring to the table. As a team they did a fantastic job throughout the buying process.
From the start to the end, Rita, Erica and Michelle displayed consistent professionalism. They were available and there for us at each and every stage of the selling process. For example, even when we were getting rid of old furniture, they gave a helping hand. They leveraged their resources and connections to move our piano. This immensely reduced our stress during the selling process. They were extremely dependable. Regardless of the problem or the ask, we knew we could lean on the team.
They were also very flexible and accessible. We were able to have conference calls at early morning and evening calls. We were traveling for a portion of the process and we appreciated how accommodating they were.
Lastly, they also have great showcasing skills. We felt that they were able to present the house in the most attractive way possible by highlighting it's best features. They made several changes and upgrades that improved the decor of the home.
Ultimately, they are a great team and we highly recommend them.
