Karen was an outstanding agent - very knowledgeable and gave us great advice which resulted in a quick sale for a great price and terms.
Karen's experience was evident through every aspect of the transaction. She previously worked with our first time buyer son and helped him through a challenging purchase. I would highly recommend Amy Barrett for more reasons than I can count. She is extremely knowledgable about the area in aspects I did not even think of during this process. Amy was able to help me see clearly in aspects that were challenging as a buyer. As well, she was able to help to look at next steps making the move itself easy. She has outstanding relationships with so many others in the area to help with additional aspects of moving like renovation projects large and small, attorney's to help handle the sale, just everything. Her professionalism is just as significant as her knowledge of the area and real estate in general. I would not use or recommend any other agent as Amy is looking out for you as well in making sure your home is one that you live in comfortably and happily.

Amy Barrett was terrific and went above and beyond in every aspect of our home sale. She was a tremendous resource in so many different areas around the sale of our home. Her attention to detail was topnotch and most importantly she understood the market. Every recommendation Amy made around the preparation and sale of our home was the right one. One of the reasons we went with Amy was that she has consistently been one of the top brokers in the Concord area for years and she has a depth of experience and knowledge of the area. The whole COVID crisis started right when we put our home on the market and Amy did a wonderful job staying focused and calm even though we were probably driving her crazy.
