Ann Marie did such an awesome job selling our mom's house after her passing. She was so helpful in taking care of all the little details necessary to prepare the house to be put up for sale. She helped us find subcontractors and the staging she did was perfect. We would definitely use Ann Marie again and would refer her to anyone in need of a broker.

I think Ann Marie was perfect. She was always there, cared about me, and had everything prepared to sell prior to open houses. Went the extra mile.
And when buyer was identified, she continued to pursue all the little things to ensure no delays and closing went as smooth as possible

Ann Marie Barr was absolutely the best possible choice we could have ever made in choosing our realtor. She was fantastic in every possible way! She is extremely hard working and knowledgeable in the process of getting a house ready to sell, pricing it appropriately, and getting it sold way over the asking price. She was also very personable, appropriately communicative and a real pleasure to deal with.
