Francesca was a lifeline for me with the sale of this emotionally difficult sale. She is an honest, trustworthy agent and friend who was there every single time to accompany each and every showing. Her professionalism was tested with an angry neighbor during an open house and she exhibited such control over the situation that would be difficult for anyone. She went over and above time after time and never wavered in her excitement about selling my property. Always a joy to deal with, hear from and see with her bubbly personality and kindness. Frances Anderton demonstrated a good knowledge of the local real estate market and proposed a realistic marketing plan. She added good touches to the staging of my home for sale and recommended a good painter/handyman who quickly made the needed improvements. Frances was very prompt with advertising and had two offers the next day after listing the property. She provided a helping hand at every step of the way, from accepting an offer to closing. Frances contributed to the successful sale experience by recommending an experienced real estate attorney. I trusted Frances's professional judgement, and I also liked and trusted her as a person. Her life experience, sense of humor, ease of communication helped establish good connection on a human level. Her life story as she described it in introduction to her marketing plan added a warm touch to her personality. Overall, Frances made the sale of my home a positive experience.

Frances is a true professional and was helpful in all facets of our transactions. We let her completely direct the renovation effort, by agreeing to do whatever she felt we needed to do to get the house market ready. She hit the nail on the head with her selections to get the house looking it's sharpest. She also staged the house and it looked great! Everyone coming through, brokers and prospective buyers, all felt that way. We also used her to represent us in our purchase in Franklin. We wouldn't entertain using any other broker, if the need to buy or sell again, should come up.

Frances was wonderful in facilitating our purchase of our property in Franklin. Frances Anderton is an experienced and knowledgeable realtor who makes it clear that she will give her best advice but that every decision is ultimately ours. She was very clear in her recommendations, gave us clear direction about tasks we needed to complete to get our house ready for market and how best to make it attractive to buyers. She was careful about the Covid 19 restrictions and made sure that anyone viewing our home would abide by them. We felt safe having her show our home. She has lived in the area for many years and knows the town and its resources, and can recommend inspectors, contractors and attorneys who are competent and trustworthy. She was especially helpful when our septic failed Title V and went the extra mile in making sure all the necessary documents were ready for closing.
