We would highly recommend Frances Anderton-Debby to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. We were selling my mother's house in MA and I live in TX and my brother lives in MD. Frances was an enormous help in every aspect of the sale from replacing the septic system to fire regulations to the water dept to painting and getting the house ready to sell. She knew the market and we benefited from that knowledge. She was always available to answer questions. In short we could not have done this without her. She is a real pro.
