Heidi was the best!! From the time we signed the engagement letter through the passing her attention to detail, communicative and negotiating skills far exceeded our expectations.
After the P&S was signed Heidi helped us considerably in areas other than direct real estate issues (moving companies, furniture sales and donation sites, etc.)

Cheryl was extremely helpful and patient in helping us navigate a difficult housing market as first time homebuyers. She answered all of our questions and stuck with us through 10 months of searching till we found the right place. It was important to us to have someone who was knowledgeable about the area to help us put together the best possible offers but wasn't pushy and gave us the space and tools to find a property that was a great fit.

We lucked out by meeting Dina Demayo and Stephanie Blunt after Zillow connected us. We also lucked out in buying the first house we saw. Dina and Stephanie were warm, smart, and responsive from the moment we met them. They dove into this process and were hugely helpful in every step: from connecting us with an inspector and a mold remediation company (in what could have but wasn't a contentious remediation process) and pretty much everyone else in the process to diplomatically and doggedly managing a less than cooperative listing agent to helping us measure rooms and figure out where to put furniture for kids, they were extraordinary. Once we were in, they greeted us with an incredibly thoughtful and personalized gift that really touched us. We can't recommend them more highly.
