I feel like I wandered into the best situation possible. I was connected with Stephanie through Zillow completely at random. The day we met, she immediately made my wife and me feel at ease and went above and beyond with trying to understand our needs and what we were looking for.
Stephanie was an absolute joy to work with. She kept us informed about houses that were coming up for sale, helped us understand the current market, and helped us make the most attractive deal possible to get an incredible home. She was patient and helpful every stap of the way. I don't have enough room to talk about all the great work she did.
I badly hope I never have to move again. Every part of it that Stephanie wasn't involved in (the packing, coordinating with movers, fixing up our old house) was a giganitic hassle. That said, if I did have to move again, Stephanie would be my first call. And if anyone in my life looks to buy in the surrounding area, I will 100% send them her way.

Stephanie worked with us for about 5 months in selecting a house, seeing likely over 40 houses. She was patient and kind throughout the process, going above and beyond in taking videos and checking out houses that we could not see while moving from out of state. Her attentiveness to the market, connections with realtors in the area, and flexibility with us was outstanding. She is a genuinely kind person and this was reflected in her thoughtfulness of us throughout the home purchasing process. We highly recommend her!
